I've been training at CrossFit Essendon for nearly a year now and have only positive things to say. The trainers are awesome. They take the time to go over technique when lifting weights to ensure you are doing it properly. The small class sizes are a perk, for the one to one time with the trainers. The other CrossFit members are so encourgaging and fun to train with. There is definitely not a dull class!

Finally found a gym that delivers progress and technique, with a wonderful community! I felt very welcomed from the first day when I joined to train for Hyrox. I only had 2 months to tune in my station work and running, but the coaches at Elite made sure that every session was structured and focused. I beat my target time because of this! I have now fully transitioned my training from a commercial gym to Elite — best decision ever!

Amador Strength and Performance is an incredible gym with a motivating atmosphere and knowledgeable coaches who truly care about your progress. The workouts are structured amazing, the equipment is gresat and the community is very supportive. It’s a great place to build physical strength, improve overall fitness, and stay consistent with your training. 💪

I’ve been training with Amador Performance for 8 months now and have made plenty of progress. They’ve assisted me with my fights (I’m a boxer) in terms of speed power and most of all strength as well as my cardio. Mauricio has a great team who can really get you to train with great form and intensity. On top of all that they’ve got a really nice community where everyone helps eachother get better and crack a lot of jokes along the way, it’s 5 stars for me I wouldn’t train anywhere else!
