What we collect. Your name and contact details, your answers about your training and goals, and, if you book an assessment, your injury history and the measurements we take. We collect it from you: through our website, by phone or text, or in person. Our website also keeps anonymous visitor statistics.

Why. To reply to your enquiry, run your sessions safely, manage bookings and memberships, and keep in touch about your training. If you’ve agreed on our form, we may also send you tips and offers by text or email; you can opt out any time. We don’t sell your details. If we run online ads, we may use advertising cookies to measure them.

Where it’s kept. In our customer system, which is hosted in the United States, and at the gym. Access is limited to our team and the people who run our systems.

Your rights. You can ask to see or correct what we hold, ask us to delete what we’re not required to keep, or make a complaint, by calling or texting 0401 082 399 or speaking to us at the gym. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
